2000 Ranger 2wd is not enough info which is why the lack of responses

Have a look here, and then at your truck, to see if you have Coils up front or torsion bars: The Ford Ranger Front Suspension

There are Body Lifts and suspension lifts, each has its benefits and bad points

Have a read here: The Ford Ranger/Bronco Suspension technical Library

Ok sorry that I did not give enough info....I have coils up front. And the truck is a 3.0l 2wd step side ext cab 4 door...I want to do a suspension lift to gain at least 3 to 4 inches and level the truck at the same time.

Have a read here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/genera...2-lift-110483/

Body lift will be cheaper and because it is a 2WD, "I assume", you are not really looking for Ground Clearance as much as visual Clearance
i.e. form not function, to sit higher and have larger tires for the "look"

But both options are discussed in above thread

I wouldn't even look at coil spacers unless it is just for 2" leveling
