Right front clunking noise

I have a right front side clunk when going from forward to reverse and hitting the brakes and visa versa. Do you think this is most likely ball joints, I was going to change them anyway for the inspection. How often does the lower control arm bushings fail. I have 156,000 on this truck.

Lower ball joint. Changing everything on both wheels. Sway bar bushings too.

Find it by wiggilin? It never fails :P and yea if ones going out replace em all and tie rods. Gotta get an alignment afterwards anyways so you only wanna pay for one of those.
