Clunking noise-Drivers side front
Clunking noise-Drivers side front
Hey Guys! I have a 2000 ford ranger 4x4 extended cab. I'm getting a clunking noise from the drivers side front as I accelerate. Both of the front wheel bearings are new with less than 500 miles, The front driveshaft has a new U-joint as well as a new Cv-joint on the transfer case side. The truck has brand new upper and lower ball joints also. The truck is running a torsen helical gear limited slip in the front dana 35 also. Im wondering if somehow my front drivers side wheel bearing is somehow trash...I wasn't able to jack up the truck to give it a tug and see if the bearing is loose because i'm in class. But any ideas what ya'll think it could be? It also gets worse the faster I drive...Last thing i want is me driving down the road doing 50 and my wheel flies off.
