I'd start with a Ford dealer. Get the part number, pictures, and price. Then start googling and see which cheapest / most acceptable offering suits you.

I recently did that very thing for the front brake dust shields on my 98. Turned out Tasca Ford in RI & through e-bay was the cheapest way for me to get them.
