HHHEEEELLLP!!!!!

My 93 ford ranger has started to run with higher than normal oil pressure. I have replaced oil sending unit and gave it an oil change. It actually made it worse. What the hey. Is my oil pump going out???

Does it drop as the engine warms up? If so, it is due to the cold outside temperature.Normal.
