Welcome to the forum

Year of Ranger?
Engine size?

Makes things way way easier if you include that with every question

As a guess I would say 3.0l engine and thats the PCV valve in the valve cover and the PCV Elbow connected to the intake manifold

Usually Ford wants $50 for that setup, valve and elbow, IF they even have them anymore
You can usually make your own elbow from other hoses

I ended up with extra a similar pvc hose when repairing multiple problem on my 2004 Mazda B3000 3.0l, see attached pictures.

its not the exact part but can be modified to work.

You are welcome to it just need a shipping address.

As RonD said that hose is the original and it gets soft and collapses causing the engine idle to drop or stall when you come to a stop. The one offered to you by MazdaB3000 is the current new design and they have reinforced the hose to prevent that from happening. That's a very generous offer as they are not cheap from the dealer
