2003 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 Off Road 4WD Supercab On Ebay

Note:
1) Dealer's specs say it has Bilsteins. Weren't Billies on the Level Two only?
2) Dealer's specs say it has a manual transfer case selector. Photo shows the dashboard switch for the electric TC.
3) Dealer's specs refer to the wheels having "an 8 hole design". These 16's are 5 lug and a 5 spoke design.

 

Seems to be a FX4, but definitely not a level 2. Bilsteins are a very common aftermarket shock for the ranger. I ran a set on the front of mine back when I was still IFS

 

It looks like the dealer grabbed some information from a FX4 LII and included it in the description for this Ranger. Yes, Bilsteins did come only with the 02 FX4 and later FX4 LII's. They could have been replaced later as stated before. It would have to be a manual transmission to have a manual transfer case. The manual transfer case did not come with automatics. The wheels described are what came with the 02 FX4 and later LII's. As you stated the wheels on that truck are not what is described. I think it is just lazy advertising.

That Ranger is not anywhere near worth the asking price even if it is a LII.
