So my heat still seems to work as always but I believe the blower has stopped working what y'all think? New motor or a relay or something??

What year Ranger?

If blower doesn't work in HIGH or lower speeds, then check its fuse, there is also a relay in some years, and while a long shot, yes it could be the blower motor is bad

If blower works in HIGH but not lower speeds then the Resistor Block is bad, its next to blower in engine bay, this is the most common failure

If you have done any work under/behind the dash recently then you may have unplugged the GROUND for the blower control, which is in the cab

So I feel pretty dumb... I keep some spare atf and oil in the same general area of the engine bay and I figured I'd at least try the easiest first. Problem is that the clip for the wires isn't the greatest and had come loose enough to stop power. It was still clicked in tho!!! Thanks guys this forum is AWESOME!!

Update on the update

So I'm still having this problem. Noticed that a simple tap gets it blowing again. I'm assuming it's the blower motor??

Yes, unless its a loose connection, the brushes in the blower are probably worn down and sticking
