There was a TSB for 2004 to 2006 Rangers with 3.0l engines
There was a bad batch of exhaust valve seats used in the 3.0l Vulcan engine assembly plant, they were too small and would recess into the head causing intermittent compression loss
Codes p0316 and p0300
The Lean and Rich codes can both be caused by this problem, misfires cause lean codes and then when cylinder starts to work again Rich codes when computer tries to balance air/fuel mix again
Your compression test with 120-150 would lean towards valve issues, would need exact numbers from each cylinder and do dry and then WET test on each cylinder to confirm valve issue
TSB seen here: https://www.therangerstation.com/for...n-tsb-05-26-3/
And no not covered under any warranty at this point
