Hi I was wondering if anyone knows if you could swap mirrors from lets say the Ford Escape that have the little blind spot mirror in the top corner. I know you can get stick on ones but the mirrors are not that big and would take up to much space for my liking, and clip on ones just look janky to me. I've tried searching Google for an answer and couldn't find one. Any suggestions are welcome, thank you. My truck is a 2002 Ranger.

The side mirrors on vehicles are model specific these days, after 1990 or so

It actually cheaper for car makers to build from scratch than to try and use parts from other models, and "make it work"

 

Have you looked into doing the 06+ mirror swap? It's nearly bolt on and the difference in view is incredible. It's what I had until I swapped duramax mirrors

 

I put 06 mirrors on my 2000. They are larger. There is a video online that shows how to do it because there is a slight mod. It was supposed to fit nice and snug. Mine fits pretty well but when weather gets warmer I have shave a little bit off to get it completely flush.

 

Put some gm or mopar tow mirrors on it
