AC clutch is magnetic so can only engage if powered with 12volts
If you have unplugged the 2 power wires and compressor is still turning then the clutch pulley bearing is most likely seized

There are several videos and how-to's on removing the Ford AC Clutch its not hard to do but can be hard to pull off parts that have been overheated by a failed bearing

I would pull off the clutch and coil first just to get a look at the compressor's shaft to see if it's been damaged, wear marks or "blueing" from the heat, that can mean front compressor bearing may also be damaged, at that point its a judgement call on replacing whole compressor with clutch, or just the clutch
I think spec is 0.015 to 0.025 air gap so there is a margin of error allowed

Magnetic clutches do need to be "shimmed" to work
The front plate needs to be 0.020 inch from pulley, 20 thousandths of an inch, i.e. spark plug gaps are 0.040 to 0.50, on AC Clutch this is called the "air gap"
This allows pulley to spin free but its still close enough to allow magnetic field to engage the clutch, and hold it tight
So there are "shims" that come with new clutch(thin washers) so you can adjust the gap for the compressors shaft

If you get whole compressor its clutch will have already been air gap correctly, well we hope, lol

There's nothing to bleed on an Air conditioner clutch.
