No spark at injectors - truck won't start

Hi Team! Question.
There is no electrical spark at injections therefore the truck won't start. I check this with a test light.
For starters; I did an auto to manual swap (3.2 4x4 Ford ranger 2012). Gearbox, clutch pedal, slave cylinder, flywheel, Clutch kit and what not
I also swapped the ECM with a manual ECM and the Driver Compartment fuse box in the front, the clock (Speedometer) and the ignition with key.
Upon diagnose there is a code of P062D: Fuel injector driver circuit performance Bank 1.
Please guide.
The problem now is the truck wont start, started it with a quick start, started but the problem is there is no electrical spark at the injectors - hence

You can't test injectors with a test light, the pulse is so quick and short that a light bulb won't light up.

With the key in the on position, all the injectors should have power at one of the wires, that wire should be the same color at all the injectors.
The ECU triggers the ground wire and that's what makes them fire.

We are in North America, we have never seen a 3.2 in a Ranger, Is that a Gas or Diesel ?

Hi! I am in Africa Namibia, yes it is a 3.2 Diesel Ford ranger truck.
Yes your are correct the wires are the same color at all the injectors. I was testing while someone was cranking and was expecting the light bulb to flicker or so to indicate the presence of a pulse but nothing. So you recommend I use a multi meter?, and what voltage value should I expect to read at the injectors upon testing with the key in the on position as you advice.
