Ford Ranger Speedo Reprogram
2001 and up speedometer calibration is done in the engine computer
Look on the Forscan forum for info on doing that
Forscan is a software that you use on a tablet or laptop
You need a USB to OBD2 cable to connect to a vehicle, some Bluetooth units work as well
Its like an OBD2 reader but WAY MORE FUNCTIONS
I know you can program PATS keys in most years, and I thought I read you could calibrate speed signal as well
Local speed shops can do it and of course a Ford Dealer can do it as well, you need the Ford Software to "talk" to the computer, Forscan is Ford software, but not owned by Ford, lol
