Please help

My 03’ 3.0L V6 has been stalling on me after about 50 seconds of idling in park. I replaced the IAC valve and fuel filter in addition to cleaning the MAF sensor but nothing changed. Still had very rough idle with fluctuating RPMs between 500-1100. So I went back to look around the fuel tank and found this tube hanging next the the rear driver side wheel. Spent about an hour trying to figure out where it came from but had no luck. I’ve got a feeling it came from somewhere above the fuel tank where I can’t access but if anyone has any ideas it would be very much appreciated.

Looks like the vent tube for the rear end.
