Post Headlights Stop working after Flash-to-pass

Hello everyone,

---I've typing everywhere on the forums for a similar problem I am having with my headlights. I have ran into a couple threads, reviewed them, however still am running into an issue most have not had like I am experiencing. First I want to start off with my bulbs work when hot wired, fuses are not blown, and I changed my Multi Function Switch, all not the problem. I recently was driving to work, headlights functioned properly with the manual light switch was rotated to turn the lights on. I had just gotten my truck back from an overhaul and new engine dropped in her back in Louisiana. When I flipped my Multi Function Switch forward (to activate the HIGH BEAMS), the HIGH BEAMS would function properly. However, it was when I operated the FLASH-TO-PASS (the toggle switch back on the Multi Function Switch), my Headlights, both high and low beams, in both headlights, turned right off. I tried turning the truck off and on multiple times, I reset the battery by disconnecting the terminals thinking that might do it, NOPE. First time I ever ran into this issue, and ironically, it isn't until I get my truck back, this happens.
---I recently bought a new Multi Function Switch, tested it, that's not the problem. Blinkers still work, and the light switch turns on my daily driving lights, too. So, I tore apart the dash to look at all my connectors associated with my Headlights in all. I've checked the constant power to all the switches to make sure I'm still getting power through the proper wires when the truck is off and with the key rotated to the run position.
---I've noticed on the connector that connects to the Multi Function Switch, the smaller connector had burnt marks to 2 of the wires (The RED and YELLOW stripe, and the RED and BLACK stripe wires) inside the connector, but not enough juice to melt the plastic, more so it looks like a spark burn on the plastic. Could anyone point me in the right direction with a wire schematic, or even tips on tracing the wires.

Main light switch sends 12volt to the Multi-function switch(turn signal stalk) for Low Beams
High beams have 12v all the time at the Multi-function switch
Fuse 24 in Engine bay fuse box for both high and low beams, key on or off doesn't matter for headlights

Then after multi-function switch, there are TWO fuses in Engine bay fuse box for Low Beams, one fuse for each side, fuses 38 and 42
High beams have their own fuse in Cab Fuse box, fuse 33, does both sides, also the high beam light on dash

Each side also has a different Ground

Low Beams
Fuse 24---------main light switch---------------Multi-function switch------------------------------------fuses-----------headlights-------ground

High beams
Fuse 24---------------------------------------------Multi-function switch-------------------------------------fuse------------headlights---------ground

Thanks for the reply back!!
I think I am going to start where wires are burnt (that connect to the multi function switch), and pin shoot them to the fuse box, following the awesome wiring diagram you provided, Thank you so much. Over the years with my job I troubleshot jets for the last 7 years so this should be a breeze!!
