I just bought this and pulled the bed to replace fuel pump. I’m a new bee to the forum so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I think the kid I bought this from put on a cheap lift kit. I want to return to stock height. Do these anvil looking blocks just need to be removed? Do I need to get new U-bolts ?

That is the original suspension, 4x2 Edge/Sport and 4x4 trucks have those. It's not a lift kit. Those are part of your bump stops.
