Check engine light came on and it threw a P0455 and P0446 on my 2005 Ranger. the codes indicate a gross evaporative emission system leak.

I checked the whole system over and saw what looked to be a rotted and broken hose coming out of the charcoal canister (picture attached) so I figured that must be the leak. This is on the passenger side of the vehicle, opposite the end of the charcoal canister with the vent solenoid.

My problem is, I can't for the life of me figure out where this hose was supposed to run to. Anybody have any idea?
