Phone Charger in Cigarette Lighter

I inherited a 2002 Ranger recently. On my first drive, I inadvertently plugged my cellphone charger into the cigarette lighter hole. That seems to have caused multiple things to stop working- side mirrors, radio, and the heat/AC airflow controls. Would all three issues be caused by that, or maybe some of them weren’t working anyway and just coincidence that I noticed right after the cellphone charger incident?

Welcome to the forum

Cigar lighter(never called cigarette lighter by car makers, lol), it has 12volts full time so can drain battery with key off if you leave something plugged in, same for "Power Point", just FYI

In a 2002 Ranger it is powered by fuse 17 in cab fuse box, which also powers OBD2 connector, but nothing else on that fuse, power point is fuse 22 cab fuse box

Power mirrors use fuse 1 in cab fuse box
Radio is Key on power only, fuse 20 cab fuse box

Heat/AC vent control(defrost, panel, floor) is Vacuum operated not electric
