4.0l OHV stuttering
4.0l OHV stuttering
Have a 1994 ranger with a 4.0L manual 4x4.
just recently did the clutch and slave cylinder. Out test driving it and notice that it was stuttering between 1,000 rpm to 1,600rpm. It's from the line to each gear. Notice it would clear up while driving it, then come to a stop and start stuttering
It was running normal before doing the clutch.
Checked wire connectors, spark plugs, intake and even fuses. Is there something I'm missing?

Clean MAF sensor, not hard to do
Since its a new clutch could it be the clutch disc sticking to flywheel and/or pressure plate, can happen for first 50-100 miles or so, depends on how much clutch pedal is used
