Can a 98 ranger lowering kit fit a 94, coil and flip

All I can find is 98 lowering kits diagrams look the same as the 94..if there is a difference other than part. Number and price what is it?

No, front uses I-beams 1983 to 1997
1998-2011 uses IFS
All used coils in 2WD(except EDGE models), but that's not what lowering kits deal with in the front, lowering requires changes to the spindle angles
