Adjust timing 93 3.0

So I checkied my timing and found it off by a few degrees, SPOUT connector removed and warm engine, before I start wracking my knuckles where is the hold-down for the distributor on the 93? I think the timing is still adjustable on this year and changed a year or 2 later.

Its at the rear and base of the distributor

Picture here, but with Cam synchro in place of distributor: https://www.ranger-forums.com/attach...h-dscn0413.jpg

But same set up, you need to barely loosen it of course
The unit with the white connector on the right is the oil pressure switch, just FYI

If you want a new tool you can get "distributor wrenches", seen here: https://images.pepboys.com/fit-in/70...25289nopkg.jpg

Only the static timing is adjustable (SPOUT removed), set it to 10 degrees BTDC. With SPOUT in place the PCM takes care of
the timing.
