Coolant leak!
I have a steady coolant dribble coming from the bottom of this plastic housing. It drips onto the top of the valve cover. Does anyone know what this part is or has had this problem before?
Yep, it's the heater control valve. It stops flow to the heater core when MAX A/C is on. Common leak point since it's plastic and has a limited service life. You should be able to find a replacement.
