2019 ranger lariat I had the dealership look up my Vin , and he told me I have package 2 tow package. I have the 7 pin connector, I have the trailer tow button inside but no control for brakes.They told me it will cost around 800.00 all said and done . I've installed e few brake controllers over the years on different vehicles .So I'm wondering if a cheapo after market one could be used or if I need the whole kit or just the switch thanks in advance for your feedback
