Hi all, on my 09 ford ranger 4×4, 4.0, on my DLC, I have two pins that don't light up when I use my test light. Would that stop my code reader from connecting to my truck? For the past month mypassenger window has not been working, the door lock and the cigarette lighter both work. It's not a fuse. The green wire with the orange stripe on it, has no power. That being said, does my window not work because the DLC has two pins with no power, or is it the opposite, as in DLC not working because maybe I have a broken wire somewhere
