Need Help with Electrical problem - 2011 Ranger Sport

Hello, I am new here, this is my first post. My son recently purchased a 2011 Ranger Sport with the 4.0 engine. It has 73K miles on it. None of the dash lights work. He checked the fuse and it looks OK. Is this a common problem with this model? What should we look for to troubleshoot it? I am a mechanical engineer and have basic electrical knowledge. Since all the lights on the dash are non-functional, I am guessing that there may be a bad connector that supplies power to the dash lights or maybe something bad on a PCB? Any help or guidance is appreciated!

(So far we have changed the fluid in the diff, put on new tires, changed the coolant and replaced the upper and lower hoses and changed the engine oil. Next we plan to do a brake job on the front-replacing the rotors, calipers and hoses.) Just want to get the dash lights working soon so he can monitor the gauges at night.

Is it just the dash lights, or all the interior lights (4x4 switch, door lock and window switches etc)? If just the dashboard lights, they may just all be burned out.

Sorry for the late reply Ranger480. My son says that the low fuel light comes on and also the low tire pressure light. The overhead light also comes on when the door(s) are opened. But none of the dash light work. I hope that helps?
