05' Ranger XLT 4.0 SOHC Cam Inquiry

2005 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 4.0L SOHC:

Hello,

This is probably a "Duh" Question, but with money tight, and not wanting this to turn into a money pit truck, I need to ask. Sorry if there is already a Thread for this, I might have overlooked it. I searched for this, and nothing came up for what I felt was going to answer this question.

I know this motor was used in the Ranger, Explorer, and Mustang if I recall correctly. Looking at having to replace the left cam because I didn't check beforehand what direction the bolt should have been threaded. Short Story I snapped the bolt off in the left cam. (Don't Think I can extract the broken bolt from the Cam) The valve cover was cracked (or broken) when the cassette for the front chain started to fall apart. (Driver Side cover) That cam as some rust pitting on it now. Since I'm replacing the Left one because of my mistake. And wanting to try and keep the wear of the cams about the same, hence the replacing both even though it might not 100% be needed.

~ Here is the Question I have:
RockAuto has the Left Cam under the drop-down menu for the Ranger but not the Right Cam. They have the Right Cam for a 4.0 2005 Mustang, but not the Left. Will the Mustang Cam work in my Ranger? Might sound like a "Duh" Question. But just needing a couple confirmations before I spend money that I don't really have on hand to spend. Part links below along with OEM Part numbers.

Ranger Left Cam from RockAuto (More Information for SKP SKES1063) OEM Number: 7L2Z6250A
Mustang Right Cam from RockAuto (More Information for SKP SKES1064) OEM Number: 7L2Z6250B

Thank you for your time and help!

Just checking for the 2011 4.0 SOHC engine they show both cams available, with this info

Left cam

And for the Right cam, they show this

So I would say yes, those cams would work
