2001 Ranger 3.0 2w/d, automatic. Which is the best Mercon for a transmission refresh? Should I use the "high mileage" stuff with 105,000 miles?

No need to use "high mileage". I have a 99 4.0 manual with 207K and change my transmission fluid every 3rd oil change with Mercron. I know it's probably overkill but it makes me feel good for about 15-20 bucks. LOL. Wished I could say that about other things. LOL
