I currently have a 2002 XLT that is getting long in tooth and harder to pass inspection.
Around 225,000 miles.
Before too long it will also get harder to find late model Rangers in good shape and lower miles.
One popped up in my area, 1 lady owner truck that seems optioned out.
2008 4.0L 4D 4x4 Sport.
Trying to descifer specs has been tricky as im familiar with pre 2004 and exclusively my current 2002 and previous 1998 XLT's.
As I said it seems optioned out with tow package, sport package, skid plates, class 3 hitch, ect.
The lower stance and slightly different suspension had me down a rabbit hole.
I've read the torsion bars are calibrated differently, hence lower stance, but wonding if it also effects payload and towing capacity.
Any information would appreciated. Looking to confirm 7000lb GVRW.
