Fuel Injector Help

Does anyone know a good video on replacing fuel injectors on the 3.0 L Vulcan V6 engine? I have a 2003 Ranger XLT and I'm trying to replace all 6. Any tips as well would be appreciated.

Whats the problem with the injectors?? I've got a 99 Ranger 4.0 OHV that has 210,000 on the clock and has the factory injectors.
