so this truck has had this issue come and go multiple times this winter, i've replaced the distributor, and the distributor wiring harness cause both were bad, that got my truck going again, but last week, i lost spark again, i will be going through my wiring to make sure my grounds are good but does anybody have any recommendations? 2.9 v6 177000 miles-ish.

What is it that has the crack and what year is your 2.9L? Yours is distributorless?

 

1989, that is the coil that has a crack, it is supposed to be a sealed unit but obviously it is not sealed anymore, what makes me mad is that it's only about a year and a half old, it's an accel brand, and it cost me 70 bucks.
