No Spark at all

My truck ran fine two days ago. Yesterday I swapped the heads off of an automatic 2.9 v6 87 ranger to my 1987 2.9 v6 manual. After getting everything all bolted up and my timing set, I went to start it up, to which I found after numerous curse words I have no spark. I basically traced my no spark issue back to the ignition coil, and to which I can NOT for the life of me figure out why I have no spark. I replaced the ignition coil, spark plug wires, distributor, spark plug, Alternator (because I listened to some idiot) and all of the fuel components between the intake manifold to the gas tank. Ive done compression test, and my distributor turns while trying to crank. Im stumped an any an all advice would be appreciated (no more irrelevant part replacement please) WHY AM I NOT GETTING SPARK AFTER MY IGNITION COIL??!!!!

Since I had a lack of input on this thread, ive abandoned the weak 2.9 in favor of a 4.0 swap. Thanks for all the input
