Speed grille in 99 Ranger?

Is it possible or has someone made a speed grille for a 1999 style Ranger? I'm looking to do something new with mine and the closest thing i can think of is painting it to match the truck.

Isn't that JWad off of GE, he has a 01 conversion on there even though the truck is a 99 or 00.
