Oh Leo I had fun cranking the torsion bars it was hard to without a empack . I got another 2in. lift I had 1/4 on each side on each scrue

you dont need a jack, or an impact wrench to do it, you do it with hand tools, your not supposed to do it too much scott...

First, its a "BOLT" not a "scrue" (screw). Second, You didn't attain any lift, you have adjusted spring preload and have increased ride height. Third, it may make it easier if you lift the front of the truck off the ground with a floor jack. Fourth, and final, a good 18" breaker bar or torque wrench will easily turn the bolts.
