well i just lifted the front and i was woundering if i can do the aliment i just had 1 done less then 6 months ago.... i can get 1 done for like 50 bucks but can i do it myself??

 

Not unless you have a hunter alignment rack in ur driveway

 

I never did a alignment on my truck after crackin the T-bar.

No problems here.

 

i cranked them babys all the way started off at lil adove 33 and stoped at 35"...on the test drive i let go of the wheel and it did not go to the left nor the right...i like the way it sits kinda like a prerunner look....but what can i get to lift the back like 1"

Oh yeah, back on topic, I had my truck aligned about a month after I maxed my torsion bars. No big difference. The report they gave me from sears said it was barely off. Really wasn't worth the $70 IMO.

Nothing, actually I was looking at my truck the other day and I have to do something. I don't know if I wanna do the chevy swap or get some deaver ordered. Either way they're gonna be new parts.

It use to sit level but I think since I put my tool box(w/100+lbs of gear) in the bed, it sits a lil lower. I'd hate to see it once I had something heavy on the hitch.

01 2wd's are iffy

i think i've seen some with tbars and some with coils

 

edge's have t-bars, xlt and xl 2wd have coils

 

dang.. hmm well I was talking to MARK and he was saying if I wanted to cut my coils I would get a good 3" drop if I wanted, wouldn't that make me bounce around alot more?

 

yeah...if anything just get the 2" lowering shackles to level the back with the front...their like $70 and its easy to install w/ handtools...thats what i would do if i wanted to lower my edge.

 

Nope. The aftermarket lowering shackles will raise the rear of a Ranger because they are longer.

 

use 2" lower shackels from a chevy there adjustable on for rangers they lift the truck anywhere from like 1.5" to .5"

if you want to lower the rear you flip the rear hanger and shackel gets a definate 2" drop but that has NOTHING to do with the main topic, and there $47 btw......moving on
