Mileage calculating excel sheet

Here is a spreadsheet I have worked up that calculates MPG and a bunch of other handy stats if you keep a fuel log. I cleared out all but the first ~25 or so entries. ($1.479! Anybody remember when fuel was that cheap?!) The only problem is that I don't know how to make formulas automatically go to the end of the sheet, so as you add data you need to update the formulas to include the new data too. Kinda sux, but I don't know enough about excel to do any better..

Anyhow, someone at ORR asked for it, so I figured I'd post it here too.

I keep a paper & pen log-book in my truck. Every few weeks, months, or whever I feel the urge I bring it into the house and add the new data as needed.

Yes. One lovely statistic from my fuel log: In the time I've been working my current gig, gas prices have gone from $1.089/gal to $3.099/gal, a spread of 184%!

In that same time my pay has increased aproximately 11%.. And my boss wonders why I gave notice last Monday AM!?!

i need to put one together.

right now, my spreadsheet is in my center console, lol. i always use one card i have for gas.. so all receipts go right from the gas pump right into the console... it's getting tough, whenever i pop it open to push another in, they all jump out like they're spring loaded or something, lol.

Huh? Back then I filled up maybe every 5-7 days.. once a week. Considering the truck was my new 'toy' for that time.. that ain't bad at all.

Now I fill up every other day! (60 mile each way, 5 days/week)

As dad says: That's life in the big city!
