fuel pumps....

will a '98+ Ranger fuel pump fit in my '97 tank?

i am going with no the 95-97 pump is only $100ish for the extended cabs and the 98 ONLY extended cab is like $401.... something tells me there gonna be different and don't forget extended cab and reg cab fuel pumps are different and here is another interesting fact. my 1993 ranger which is a reg cab i needed a new fuel pump and went and bought one turns out SOME HOW i have an ext cab fuel tank... and no my truck has never been in an accident and rebuild with the fuel tank it come that way from the factory idk why in hell...

ya thats not even close to what our's looks like plus we also have the gas guage inducator is part of the pump... dude that might be a deal for them but yours is only $100 new anyways so why... mine i think was like $104 with tax....

ooo well.....i dont think i need a fuel pump....
