Gibson catback video FINNALY

So i just bought a gibson cat back from Scallion02EDGE (thanks by the way!) and since there isnt a video of one of these on here i figured id make one comparing the stock to the gibson single catback.. so here it is..

its really quiet inside the cab Zero resonance while driving and at WOT the fan is still slightly louder, but it sounds good outside..

EDIT: i flipped the muffler around "the loud way" and its now in this new video..

Did you not put on the rear section of the catback? Looks like the stock tailpipe to me. My Gibson has a slightly angled back tailpipe and the stainless tip.

Either way the Gibson sounds great and I have been really happy with mine!

that thing is pretty loud for stock, they mustve changed the exhaust system for the newer rangers..i dont remember my '00 being that loud

The gibson sounds nice, i really like the sound at idle.

ya i was REALLY REALLY surprised at how it sounded outside stock, because it doesnt sound anywhere near that loud inside.. but the gibson is much deeper.. im alittle dissapointed that in the higher rpms it doesnt rerally get louder. if anything it quiets down. im going to try to turn the muffler around (bieng its basically a glas pack it has little "scoops" or "baffles" in the muffler, well i installed them facing the incoming flow, which should be the quiet direection.. we will see

well so far it seems im gettin better mpg ( still on first tank though want to run a few tanks to get average) and this system in only slyightly louder then stock but much deeper and throatier.. at least witht he muffler install like explained above, i will compare it to the muffler flipped around this weekend..

but good quality no doubt
