I cranked mine when I first got the truck. All together I got around 2" maxed out. It was a stiffer ride, but Im gonna put them back stock when I put on my BL and spindles for wear reasons. You can use the stock t-bars and keys no prob. Just jack up the front end before.

If you are going to run a BL then stocks should be fine, but if you can get shackles I would go with chevy drop shackles, they add lift to your rear. You might want to look at ordering some new keys, It really all depends on how much you off road.

With a BL you should have no problem with 34". You could run 35". Make sure you regear to 3:56 so you can get those RPMs,

If you get someone to regear it professionally then it runs about 1200. A friend of mine and his brother in law did a gear swap in about an hour or two, but they know their stuff. I would call shops and see what they say, or see if anybody could help.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha........man i hope your kidding...the dude wheels on a regular basis, 3" body lift will not be enough for 34's without some MAJOR cutting of body parts....

if you wheel weekly, and want to lift your truck, do it right and get a suspension lift. a body lift and 33's w/ cranked torsion bars will still rub when flexed....

33's yes, 34's+ no....

and 33's will be a tight fit if you really off road quite a bit...

I think you mean 4.56 gears, and your going to have to cut some of your fenders to offroad 34"s. I had a set of 34 ltb's but never got them mounted thanks to discount tire so I can't tell you how much.

and AndyRanger1, your fragments are killing me.

I believe he is talking about your fragments of sentences. Your replies are sometimes difficult to decipher.

why? thank you no one can answer my Q.. should i just jack up stocks cause they have new ones and idk if that gives more lift which equals worse wear n tear. i dont know about these things. i used to all 4 leafs blocks n shackles. lol.

2" of "lift" with that set is the same as 2" from the stock keys except the bolts will be installed at a different height.
with the stock keys the bolts will most likely be maxed out, and with those keys the bolts will be close to stock depth.

It will make parts wear a lot faster and give you a very rough ride.

Now to answer your other question, you can get a stronger set of t-bars from the dealer for like 90 dollars but you shouldnt expect more than 1/2" of lift due to your old ones sagging. Just crank the ones you have now.
