SoCal People: Torsion Bar Install Help

Well i may be picking up a set of 285/75R16 BFGs for cheap and since i my crappy bottom of the line f(?) bars just aren’t doing too well i want to upgrade to the #1 bars. The problem is that i dont have the knowledge nor tools to do this (even after reading all the how-to) sooo who wants/can help me install them. I want to do this before i put on the new tires so i can go get an alignment with everything on. I'll buy ya lunch and moral support (or if there is a few we can have a bbq mini meet)

i read the how to last night in the haynes manual and it seemed like a reasonable task to swap the bars.

i just did mine last weekend its soooooooooooo easy. You will need a 2 jaw puller. Here i will walk you through it first pull the cover off of the frame and bottom of key setup then jack up the front end so the suspension hangs. then remove the 13mm adjusting bolt you might need to heat it up to loosen the ford lock tight. Then take your jaw puller and put it on the top plate and put the screw part on the hole in the key. crank a bit untill the flat washer type screw thing you can slide out of the hole once you see how it works just do the same to reinstall it. its real easy here is a thread i used http://www.generation-edge.info/topi...ion,bar,remove

I'll see what I can do but I'm afraid my skills are limited to the safe disposal of steak (anyone else like uncut horseradish?).

P.S. If I find an OHC in time, anyone have the knowledge/ability/desire to install one in my truck?
