Don't max them out leave about 1/4 inch of the bolt at the top.

I started by measuring the top of the tire to the fender, lifted it with a jack, slid some jack stands under for safety and put two cranks. Pulled the stands and the jack and re-measured. I ended up with 5 cranks for 2 inches.

I cranked mine 8x on the driver side and 10x on the passanger side(to level it). got about 2 3/4- 3 inches. I DON"T RECOMMEND IT. it rides horriblely. on the articulation ramp i can get my front tire 23" off the ground, and the suspension doesn't flex one inch. definatly don't tighten all the way.

gives u moer clearence where it counnts .. when you bomb through a mudded trail and ur center is too low u star getting opposing force, slowing u down which maker ur fronts spin and dig deeper,, which make ur rears spin and make ur rear diff sart sitting in mud.. and then....... YOUR STUCK!!!! just think of those 2-3 extra inches of clearence. you would be a little less muddy and your truck would have been more. and you get to enjoy your day..
JACK THOSE BAD BOYS,
