Duff Traction Bars

Is it worth getting these on my rear end when I already have bilsteins? Will it be too stiff?

The traction bars wont stiffen up the ride. Their only job is to keep the axle from twisting(axle wrap).

Traction bars just stop axle wrap I dont think that would mess with the shocks

Yes, they're worth installing. No, they wont effect the stiffness of the ride quality.

Part number 5306 ($99.95) includes brackets for the 28 and 31 spline axles.

I've never used them or had them, but theoretically it's a much safer ride with lift blocks on the rear. I'm scared to ride in lifted trucks with out them bcuz it just seems so unstable.
