is this a good deal or should I pass on a 01-03 grill assembly

I am wanting to update my 99 to a 2003(ish). I found someone selling a new ford grill assembly. Its the chrome center piece and the painted part that goes around the grill and then under each headlight (that fills the old turn signal spaces). Its new in box and paint to match. Ford number 3L5Z-8200-CA. $140 shipped. Should I pass or jump? Money is a little tight, but new in the box sounds pretty good. I would have to paint it, so it would be easier to get one that is the correct green

Just FYI, you'll need to get the 01-03 header panel and headlights/corners for that to work..

I heard that certifit will ship to businesses, I would give them a call to make sure though to make sure. I got all my stuff from certifit, 04 header panel, 04 grille and 03 chrome bumper for 150 out the door.
