I had a few of my cats removed a while back when i did my exhaust... did that hurt my MPGs? is it worth it to put them back in?

Well I certainly lost MPGs with the lift and tires... but i was just wondering about replacing te missing cats if that would make any difference... basically did that have anything to do with my loss of MPGs... i dont know
