Yea, those are factory. What kit of lift are you looking at? Depends...

It depends what lift he's going with. If he's going with a spindle lift that has nothing to do with the rear suspension.

Its probably a body lift but...

if the 3" kit is spindles for the front, then you get lift blocks. i know with my superlift (which is for a 4x4), the rear blocks are added on top of the stock blocks to net in a 3.5" (approximate) rear lift. if you take the stock blocks out, you loose however much lift they gave you. All the lifts Ive seen assume that you keep the stock blocks installed to get the advertised amount of lift. Clear as mud?

After all that, i would stay away from lift blocks. Get an Add-A-Leaf (which will give you a couple inches and costs about $80) and a Belltech Chevy Drop shackle (another 1.5" and also costs $80 or so)

-or-

Get new leaf springs. such as the skyjacker softride leafs. They are a little expensive, but give you the best ride. Also, they are advertised as fitting a 1997 or older ranger, but they fit all the way up to 2008 (which i have)

If u wants looks and maybe bigger tires just go with the body lift. IF put on correctly they come out very nice , My .02 cents, its what i have on my truck. They are much cheaper than a suspension lift.

Im not sure. ITs the key in the front for the torsion and blocks in the back.

No, do NOT get that. Get either the Performance Accessories body lift or get the 3.5" Fabtech suspension lift or get both.

Yeah like Brenton said that is bad news. Don't waste your money on it just go straight to a BL or spindle lift.

It puts your components at such extreme angles that it wears them down super fast. Do a search, its not worth putting the money in to it. Just save up a lot more.

you want cheap, get a body lift. And do some reading in the suspension section on here!

Yeah this is Ryan. I ended up buying my spindle lift from a member on here for 200. But you can find them online for about 350ish which isnt too bad.
