It was most likely in an accident and they just replace the front end with that of an older truck. It is an 02, so there is a good chance it is and Edge with an older front on it.

 

It's a salvage rebuild! Buyer beware! lol

i'm totally diggin' the flares in the rear and no flares in the front...is soooooo pimp.

 

I think its a 2002 edge but it has a 98-2000 front clip and doors. The door panels are light grey and the dash is the correct medium graphite. It was probably wrecked and rebuilt.(wrong)

fake.. older front end

 

I originally had those style door panels on my 05' Edge.

 

I bought a 95 Ford Contour from a Chrysler dealer in Burlington and the ownership said it was Branded, meaning it was written off and rebuilt.

Surprisingly, that car was straight as an arrow and a great little car for $600 as is. 270k on it,needed tires for safety and passed emissions.
