In some instances, yes, people should not be ****ing up areas with motorized vehicles.

But this is why most states designate land where ORV's are allowed.

Yeah and I think at the end he said all vehicles (including dirt bikes/atvs) should stay on existing (paved or improved dirt) roads and it should only be legal to operate any vehicle on a paved or otherwise improved road surface. At least that's what I got from it. My guess is he's even against the use of dirt roads after he complained about the amount of dust generated from the use of vehicles on dry dirt surfaces.

 

Some other guy was saying that deflating your tires for offroading was polluting.
