AAL will stiffen it up, but if it is bouncing around it might be time for new shocks.

Thats what she said

Good stiff shocks will help. Traction bars will help in certain situations.

AAL with stiffen it up but like Chris said it also may be your shocks causing the bouncing. How many miles are on your shocks?

well it depends. are they factory shocks? does it bounce around in normal driving situations? and what kind of extra weight do you have back there?
shocks made a world of difference on my truck

The bouncing you are experiencing may be because its too stiffly sprung. And yes, better shock valving will help matters.

I have some tubing you could weld between the frame and axle.. that'll stiffen it right up.
