03 ranger edge 4x4

ok a guys wanting to trade me his 03 edge reg. cab for my 91. im wanting to know what i would take to get a set of 33/13.5/15s on a 15x10 wheel under this thing. this is the make or break deal. if a torsion crank and body lift will do it then i think im going to trade. im not looking to keep the 03 long or wheel it really hard so performance isnt a huge aspect here. thanks guys!
