Custom lift kit
I need 6" lift. But we don't have super lift here in Thailand.

So. Lets just make it happen.

Start with papers(left) drawing and cut the template by this guy(red T-Shirt)

almost 2 weeks already to this point.




the key is to keep torsion bar in the same position, so we need this link from stock position to new place we drop.

This lift kit will be finish in a few days and I will update more.

ya i can see them...so are ur t-bars gonna be above the axle or are u dropping them..not sure exactly what u have going on here?

This will show how I plan to connect T-bar and lower arm.


all welds work you see is just for marking position we will complete them after.

what did you do about the front differential? im sure 6" is alot of stress on the CV's...

....dude you can see he made drop down brackets like the RCD or SL. At least that is what it looks like to me...

It's not done yet! lol Those are tacks holding everything in place from what I can tell. Where exactly is the torsion bar located on the truck? If it goes into the upper arm like a Chevy, I'm pissed!

why not just sas it?

it would most likely be less work, and a hell of a lot safer than what ever yall are doing.

I see a real pitman arm there. Shoot...the bull**** SAS crap is already done for you. But in Thailand, who knows what kind of parts they got to work with.

Is it supposed to be some sort of jerry rigged spindle lift for a 4x4?

When you drop the differential and the lower control arms, the spindle, or knuckle in 4x4 world, needs to be addressed. It's too short. So, he added spacers to fill that gap to reuse the stock knuckle. Something that I find a little sketchy.

Superlift and RCD do it in the same manner by dropping the lower control arms, but they include a taller knuckle.
