HELP, TRANS STUCK IN GEAR

well i was trying to install my hurst shifter and im guessing that maybe it got knocked into gear before i took out the stock shifter stub?

either way, im F**KED cuz now my trucks stuck in either 2nd or 3rd and i cant do anything about it.....
trying to moove the shifter around it feels in neutral, but i cant get the shifter into any other gear at all....but when i start up the truck, its already in gear...

HELP PLEASE. i dont know what to do and its too late to try hurst's customer service or even trying any shop....

Remove the shifter look down into the trans you will see you will see 2 rows of (i dont know what to call them but i'll call them teeth). Use a screwdriver and realign the top and bottom row of teeth put the shifter back on and you should be good to go.
